Event Log: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error

Hi, if anyone know a solution for this paritcular event in window application log with this particular error message? i have attached the screenshot of the event.
EventType clr20r3, P1 bkupexec.exe, P2 12.0.1364.177, P3 4bb4c99a, P4 mscorlib, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4889dc80, P7 41b3, P8 99, P9 system.nullreferenceexception, P10 NIL.
From this link, http://www.eventid.net/display-eventid-5000-source-.NET%20Runtime%202.0%20Error%20Reporting-eventno-7334-phase-1.htm i was roughly know that it is related to backup exec (i did not take note of the version) and might be due to system.NullReferenceException. However, i wasn't sure what might be a possible solution for this.

You can go to Add/Remove Programs and repair the BE installation.

Best way to resolve this would be to uninstall .net first and then do repair for backup exec using add remove programs and this should install .net framware work back

well, i can advise my customer a possible solution would be to reinstall .NET framework then repair BE. However, that is a production server so i wasn't sure whether they would want to do that as it might disrupt other applications that are running. But thanks for the advise.
