EVPM-driven PST Migration - errors (EV904R1)

Created: 03 Sep 2013 | 2 comments

I appreciate any insight!

EV904R1. If it's pertinent, we've moved PSTs to a remote share. EVPM then acts on those files; the Vault service account has full permissions to the share location.

We're using EVPM to drive our PST migration effort. There are lots of PSTs that error with:

Migrator Server Event ID 4167:

An exception is raised when a process encounters an unexpected fault.

Does it work if you manually import via the VAC? You may want to DTrace the MigratorServer and EVPM to get more details when it's failing

Hi,

You may refer https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/pst-migrator-issue

However Dtrace would be helpful as suggested by JesusWept3.
