If you have enabled AOF, disable it.

You should also disable any AV on the Exchange server.

In addition to the above, ensure the Exchange backups doesn't coincide with the Exchange maintenance schedule.

Sorry, I'm not expert in Exchange.

What is the mean of AOF and AV?

Can you detail?

AOF refers to Advanced Open File. Edit the backup job properties & you would see this option on the left side.

AV refers to AntiVirus.

To turn off AOF, edit your job and uncheck the option circled in red.

If you are running any anti-virus software on your Exchange server, turn it off.
