Exchange 2010 GRT Incremental/Cumulative not supported, and full backup took too much time? what is solution?

i have deployed the Exchange 2010 GRT Backups in one of the shipping company, 

i took Full backup of 73 GB GRT backup , it took 9 hrs approx. 

i scheduled full backup once a month 

and Incremental daily

now i came to know that incremental is not supported to GRT, 

plz help me that what will i do to take message level backup, 

if i take daily full backup GRT , It tooks 9hrs daily , and company wants to took backup in less time. and incremental message level backup not supported... so what will i do now?

Incremental i guess would be only Tr.Logs Why not to keep strategy of Weekly GRT Full. Monthly Non-GRT Full and Daily Incrementals.

Exchange 2010 does have built in functionality dumpster. (14 days of deleted items are stored in exchange itself , unless exchange admins have played with it to shorten)
