This issue has been solved. See solution.

We have been EV9.0 with Exchange 2010 SP1 since late 2010 without issues. I this week created 4 new mailbox databases on the exchange server. We are looking to upgrade to EV 9.0.3. When I run the Deployment Scanner it comes back and tells me my vault service account does not have the required permissions to these new databases. I have add send as and receive as permission for the vault service account to these databases. I have not rebooted the server yet. Is there something I am missing? I was really hoping not to rerun the powershell script that we ran when we installed as AD and all the other mailbox databases have the correct settings. Is there anything beyond adding send as receive as permission to the new mailbox databases required for EV?

Thanks

I think the best

I think the best recommendation would be to run the SetEVExchangePermissions.ps1 script again. It's simply too much hassle and there's things that can be missed when doing it all manually.
