Dear All,

I have exchange 2010 installed in my company using DAG 3 servers have the mailboxes on it and the DAG working perfect, when I tried to backup any of the mailboxes i can not see the users mailbox under it and when i run test it gave me below error:

DAG01.pace-kuwait.com Backup 00002-Scheduled Test Run -- The job failed with the following error: The test run has detected a potential problem. See the job log for details.

Just run the actual backup. It should be successful. You will get storage failures when you run a test job.

ok thanks pkh but one more question i can expand all mailboxes but i can't see the users mailboxes is it only viewable in restore more?
