Hi Guys,
After we fixed the issue with the downstream exchange server, we notice we are missing email from the Brightmail appliance. After checking the queues we see all messages waiting in the outbound queue. all with the error "452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources" and a date/time when the exchange server did have problems. But now other brightmail appliances are sending email to that exchange server again, only not this one. I tried flushing all emails via the GUI and the CLI to no avail. the emails are stuck there for since friday and new ones just get queued at the end. I have now disabled 'receive new email' for this host, but would like to get those emails through. any ideas? or do I have to wait it out until Brightmail tries again?
