Exchange GRT duplicate to Tape Failing!

Is anyone else having this issue? My Exchange B2D jobs completes ok, but the duplicate to tape fails even though it backs up the full 40GB. When I browse the tape contents I can see all mailboxes and public folders, but I can only restore some mailboxes.
Symantec refer to this in this article: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/287342.htm
But this is completely useless.
has anyone resolved this issue?
