Exchange GRT restore - no mailboxes viewable

I have configured and successfully ran a GRT policy on our Exchange DAG, but when I do a restore, all I can drill down to is the databases.  I can not see individual mailboxes or messages.

Am I missing something?  I am running NetBackup 7.5 and Exchange 2007.

1. Restart the Client for NFS services on Exchange Client

2.try to Restore from the Client.

3. Follow the steps

5) Did the GRT Backup comeplte with a status 0 ?

6) If you are on the base install of 7.5 , please upgrade to 7.5.0.5 as we had a lot of fixes for GRT

7) Please re-run though this configuration checklist and make sure everything has been set.

6) Create the following logs :

From the DAG server

<install dir>\netbackup\logs\beds
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\bpcd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\bpresolver
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\vnetd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\nbwin
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\tar
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\bpfis
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\nbfsd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncfgre
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncf

<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncfnbbrowse

From the CAS server

Confirm/create the following folders
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\beds\
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\bpcd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\vnetd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\nbfsd
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncfgre
<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncf

<install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncfnbbrowse

 

7) Run a new backup and see if you can drill down.

If not, Please upload : <install dir>\netbackup\logs\ncfnbbrowse from the server your are initating the restore from.

8) You mentioned Exchange DAG but then stated you were on exchange 2007. 

Can you confrim if you are running exchange 2010 or 2007
