This issue has been solved. See solution.

Good Morning Everyone

Has anyone got a copy of "Exchange Mailbox Analyzer" or the old "Exchange Store Reporter" that they can send me.

I am attempting to size an environment for Enterprise Vault and I sure could use one of those tools.  I can make a best guess, but I would prefer to be as accurate as possible.

Hi Judy Something important

Hi Judy

Something important to remember with EMA is make you have the latest version

I believe the latest version is 1.1.0 ,also don't run Outlook in Cache Mode and keep Outlook closed from the machine you run the analysis

I like to use a dedicated desktop at Customers
