I have the below error in the event viewer, please help

I would suggest you contact Symantec Support.  They'll help you with configuring the Windows Debugger, capturing the dump file, and getting it analysed.

I have the same issue
I have both Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010 - issue is only on the Exchane 2007 Task
I just came across this article:

Recommending to remove an Outlook 2007 hotfix
I have not tried this yet - have you seen it?

Same issue and saw the same article.
Probably doesn't apply.

The article was last updated in Feb 2011 & Office 2007 SP3 was released in October 2011.

The HCL for December 2013 says that Outlook 2007 SP3 is supported, but has a couple of caveats.

  • Set the registry entries described in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952295. The recommended registry value is 0xFFFFFFFF.
  • To target Exchange Server 2013, you must install Outlook 2007 SP3 with update package KB2596598 or later update. 

Also the DLL referenced in the article you referenced has a different module name than me and the original poster. We have ntdll.dll and the article has 

I have justed updated to the 10.0.4 cumulative update 1. (What a rediculous naming convention, was looking for 10.0.5, silly me)
