Exchange mbox synchronization,EV 10.0.3

This issue has been solved. See solution.

A customer got red status regarding eventid:41447, Exchange mbox synchronization. I did a cuple of  manual synchronization but the status is still there. Cant find any "errors "regarding this in the log.

The provisioning grups is set to automaticly enable mboxes, but if I look in the "enable mboxes" i can see mboxes with status new, must have something to do with the mbox synchronization..

So what to look for?

Well I do not have any errors, that´s the problem. It´s the EV status that is warning about mbox syncronisation has not been made for two days.

Did you refresh the warnings?  Re-run all checks in Vault Admin Console.
