Exchange restore

We are running Exchange 2010 on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I am experienceing issues restopring the individual folders such as contacts for a user. I am getting the following message as attached document shows. I even changed the default account, made sure it had the necessary perrmissions. Checked that I have the CDO component loaded on the exchange server as recommended. I am at loss to resolve this issue. I need help.

1) Did you install the Exchange 2010 Management Tool on the media server?

2) See that the credential used has the rights according to these documents

Thanks for the quick reply, It seemed like I had the permissions wrong, Even though I was able to backup, the permissions for restore was not good enough. All resolved now. Thanks for your help
