Exchange without GRT Backup

Hi,
We are takeing Exchange without GRT Backup on Disk and it failling with error " The Exchange store service not responding ". on Exchange server we publish Media server by host name , IP add. & fully quqlifide name.
Kindly find attached image file.
Environment :
Backup Exec 2010 R3 (Win2k3 Enterprise Edition 32 bits server )
Exchange 2003 (Win2k3 Enterprise Edition 32 bits server )

1) Run Live update multiple times and install all the latest hotfixes.
2) Update the remote agent installed on Exchange server
3) Make sure remote agent service is using local system account.
4) Disable Anti Virus on the exchange server
5) Make sure AOFO is NOT selected for the exchange backups
5) Try creating a new job.
