So I do.
but I think Symantec should fix this false alarm.
They probably don't yet have enough data about the file to classify it since it's based on downloads. So it is seen as "unknown"
You can adjust your Download Insight settings to ignore files that are classified as "unknown"
Is this a relatively new program?

Your suggestion is right.
It is a fairly new program, MS just release it.
I'm sure it will be classified as good soon enough but for now you will either need to add the exception (recommended) or adjust your Download Insight settings.

Definitions seem to be updated now.
I've got definitions dated 2012/09/08 and had no problems downloading & installing. No more false positives.
