Endpoint Protection

This may seem a like a silly question but all documentation I have reviewed talks about excluding an entire folder and its contents or a specific file extenstion. Is not possible to exclude an individual file? In this case cmdnow.exe? Which as I understand is actually a legitimate windows file and obviously we dont want to exclude all .exe files.

You can not exclude individual files from a group or parent server level.

This is possible to do on an individual client level as you can view the computer's specific files and check it in the GUI for each type of scan.  Please note that this will get overwritten if the server sends out an updated configuration.
