Hello experts.

I have again simple quesion.

In our Netbackup system we have some policies with ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES.

If I  exclude one directory (e.g. /str/ked) . It will work or because of ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES it will be backed up?

I wanted to test but there is 3TB data.. I have no time..So just want to ask u help , if u have any experience with this subject..

It will work.

We do it all the time.

Just create exclude_list on the client and add folder to be excluded.

Hi

Yes, It will work,

And just to let you know you can make entery for exclude list from master server aswell from client also.

From Master server

Host Proprites>clinets >go for the option Windows clients>Exclude list

From client

Registery>HKey local machine>Software>veritas>nebackup>config>Exclude

Have another look at the opening post - the OS is Linux and the path is also Unix/Linux:
