I'm running Backup Exec 2010R3 with latest Patchlevel on Windows Server 2008R2.

I've defined a global exclusions list as described here:

Is it possible that the filter won't work for backup jobs that backup virtual machines without grt option.

I checked the size before and after I made the change in the global exclusions list. But unfortunately the size is the same. Can anyone confirm the behavior?
