you mean to exclude a certain process and everything it does? at the moment we don't have that feature - it is a requirement for a future version though

Yeah, thats what I mean. I want to exclude the Backup Exec exe's so anything they back up does not get scanned. Is this still relevant or does SEP take care of it?

I'd like to know the same ... I've added exclusions to the BackupExec exe files but the files that they scan when performing a job i'd like to know if they're excluded also ... would I just set the AV Template to scan only modified files ??
