  • 1.  The exclusion of Endpoint Protection 11 and exchange 5.5

    Hi All,

    We will upgrade the antivirus 9.0 to Endpoint Protection 11. But the server now installed exchange 5.5 and will not upgrade. Is there any document provide for reference about the lists of exclusion of files in Endpoint Protection 11 w/ Exchange 5.5

    Hi Dic,

    In symantec endpoint protection the exclusions for exchange are created automatically. In order to verify the exclusion you can follow the document below.

    Hi Support,

    I'm sorry that I can't find any files excluded when I try to install the Endpoint protection and check the registry reference from the document.
    Also, in Central Exclusion also no files included, how can I know which exchange 5.5 files that I need to exclude manually or I need to reference the original settings of old version Antivirus to exclude the files manually?
