Exec 2012 sql backups

Hi guys - I have just upgrade to BackupExec 2012, from ver 12.

I had to install 12.5, and then 2012, but now I cant get backup exec to access the sql servers - meaning that I can tback up sql (obviously).

I have tried system account\domain admin but still cant gain access.

Did you enable mixed mode authentication on your SQL databases?

Did you install an Agent for Applications and Databases licence and enabled the SQL databases option?
