Exec backup problem with Exchange 2007 and NAS

Hi,
recently we have bought a Iomega NAS ix4.
When we have transfered the backup process on this NAS we had some problem with Exchange.
All works fine untill we arrive at the backup of mail boxes. We have this error:
Final error: e00002f7 - extract of mailbox messages out of the Exchange Backup isn´t possible (translated from italian)
Also a error: '-528 The current log file is missing. '
But if we do the same backup process on a hard disk all works fine.
Waht can i do?

I suggest trying the B2Dtest
I suggest trying the B2Dtest tool to see if there are issues with your NAS or configuration.

There was fix released for this issue . Run live update and get all the patches installed . If still a problem try updating the firmware for the NAS and check with NAS vendor if they have any update related to the same

I have update the firmare to
I have update the firmare to version 2.0.15.43099 and the Iomega StorCenter Manager software and now i can backup Exchange on the NAS.
