Hello - one of my (problem) users is reporting that his SEP Certificate is expired.  He was just updated to the .4013 version but the cert is expired?  What is the impact of an expired cert and how do I get it updated?  How do I look to see if my cert is expired or good?

    thanks

You ment to say his SEP license expired?

If you are having SEPM installed , you can have that checked from SEPM .

was that machine upgraded from SAV 10.x version or 11.x? I guess that it did not delete the previous certs, You can try a fresh install and adding the root cert as mentioned in this document
