  • 1.  Expired Definitions Notification always show offline computers

    Hello, I'm using SEPM 12.1RU5 with a notification to tell us which computers have old definitions.

    On this notification, I have check the checkbox "Include only computers that have been authenticated on this SEPM today."

    But when I open the notification on the SEPM, I see that this setting is unchecked. If I check again the option, close the notification, open again the notification, the option is unckeck.

    I have already delete and re-create the notification, same thing happen.

     

    Can you help ?

    I get the same thing, and suspect it's a bug (like how you cannot now disable the rescanning of the file cache).

    I'd suggest you log this as a support case so that Symantec are aware and include it on their list of things to sort out.
