  • 1.  Expired Lic keeps emailing me, even after lic renewal

    I can't seem to get the expired lic notifications by email to stop unless I stop all notifications by email. Do I need to delete the expired lic, and if so, how?

    Under the Reports tab >> Scheduled Reports, there should be a default report that was setup to report on this. You should be able to delete it.

    I went ahead and deleted the expired lic from the server through The app. If this doesn't correct it I will try your suggestion next. I don't want to miss a notification when my new lic are about to expire next fall.
