expired licenses

This issue has been solved. See solution.

good

buy new licenses and activate the manager, but it expired and are still there, my question is whether I can already delete the expired

attached file

Did you delete old expired license file ?
 
If no please delete this file and check.

Hello,

I would suggest you to delete all the Expired licenses from the SEP Manager and then insert the Latest License which has been received.

You could also try inserting the license number and try registring them again..

Thanks for the writing your query in Symantec community.

When your current license is about to expire, the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) begins sending license expiration notifications to the Symantec Endpoint Protection administrator. Symantec highly recommends that you renew your license before it expires.

When you renew a license, the expired license is removed and is replaced with a new license. To purchase renewal licenses, visit the Symantec Store, or contact your Symantec partner or preferred Symantec reseller.

If license is expired, what will it be? Or I still can use it forever except for no free of upgrade.

You can you it but as expired it will provide you with no content updates on SBE edition:

1)  Hard Enforcement: SEP 12.1 Small Business Edition

  • Content update downloads stop for both server and clients.In Small Business Edition it's 1:1 mapping with CAT server.
  • UI changes and log notifications are started.
