HI Mikey,

Look at my question, and the answer here:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/sql-query-get-archive-size

That query will give you:

ArchiveName, Number of items in the Archive, Size of the Archived Items, and the Original Size. The original size is what will be restored into Exchange.

Hope this helps!

I think one of the storage reports also gives this information in a 'nice' format..  can't remember which one though, unfortunately.

One more quick query.

What is teh differne between the Archived item size and the original size in this report.

Shaice

Archived size would be the size of items in the Vault Store, Original size would be the size of the items in Exchange.

Thanks. Then what could be the the original size when we restored it back to Exchange

huh? Not sure I understand what you are asking.  The original size from the query will be the size in Exchange.
