  • 1.  Export a clint package never end

    Hello,

    I have a Enpoint portection manager 12.1.1000.157 RU1 installed, everytime that I want to create a new installation package, the process never end.

    I tried to run a upgrade.bat but didn't work, If anyone have an idea about this problem with my environment I'll be very grateful.

    where you are trying to store the package? make sure System account has full access to the folder you are trying to save.

    When you export the package it should create a folder on the drive you are trying to save. Does it create a folder?

    This issue fixed in 12.1 RU1 MP1,You can upgrade your sepm In sep 12.1.3

    Export of client package from SEPM never finishes
    Fix ID: 2627397
    Symptom: Export of a client package from SEPM does not complete on non-English Windows, when SEPM is configured to use the embedded database.
    Solution: SEPM was modified to use a different database method to obtain binary stream data.

    can try repair once , if not upgrade the SEPM to the latest version as the one you are runnning is old.

    I would suggest you to migrate the SEP to the Latest version of SEP 12.1 RU3.

    This is a known issue with the earlier versions of SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1
