Good morning,

a customer needs to change the appliance with a new one but he need to export the user activity logs from the old one and, of course, have the possibility to read those logs in the future.

Is it possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible to export the raw user activity for review outside of the appliance or to import to another device.

You can use custom reports to generate reports of user activity in CSV or HTML format (for email) these can be emailed or uploaded to a FTP/SFTP or FTPS server for later scrutiny/review.
