Export medias job after BackupExec 2012 upgrade

Created: 07 Apr 2014 | 4 comments

I've just upgraded to BE2012, and globally everything is working fine. In BE2010, I had a scheduled job that was exporting some media from our library. The job is still scheduled and working, but I can't see it... If I goes to storage, on my library details, jobs tab,  I don't see that job. If I click on export, schedule, I can schedule a new job, but I can't see the job already present...

Someone knows how?

Regards.

Have you installed latest service pack of BE2012?

Try looking under the library SLOTS details.

If you find this is a solution for the thread, please mark it as such.

It could be orphaned during the upgrade process.  If you want to get rid of it, you can either

a) log a support case with Symantec so that an engineer can edit it out of the BEDB, or

b) use BEMCLI, like so

1) Use Get-BEJob to list all the jobs

2) After identifying the export job, use Remove-BEJob to delete it.
