  • 1.  Export PDF issue and Reports half gray

    Hello,

     

    No matter what I tried, anytime I try to export a PDF report (in published or just in reports) I get an error that pops up and says "ERROR Print Scaling" and produces an empty PDF. If I try to run a report via query tool, it makes the PDF but half the query section is gray. Looks like a gray box over half the data on each page in the section that the query is shown.

     

    Anyone ran into this or have any information on how to correct this?

    I had to update the JRE folder inside my console folder. It only works with some of the version of java.
