Hi,

I see that there is a export policy from client machine.

If I import the policy to another machine, is it going to have the same policy as the client machine including the application control?

Because I havve a application control policy to these managed clients.

However I want these application control policies to take effect on some unmanaged computers. Can it be done by importing the policies? Will the virus definition be updated as well?

Test group

In your SEPM..make a test group.
and set these policies
Liveupdate--It will download it directly from internet
Policy Settings-Client Control
and everything else the same way that you have.

--Move any one client in this group...Once the policy is updated..

Go to the client--Export the policy and then use this policy to import it on your Unmanaged clients.
Everything should work as planned.
