External OWA access to archived email attachments

Question: What configuration is required to enable external OWA users (via Internet) to open and view their archived email attachments.
Present situation:
Exchange 2007 CAS/HUB server + Exchange 2007 Mailbox server
Enterprise Vault 8.0 SP3
ISA 2006

Are they opening the mail (double clicking) then clicking on the attachments?

Just in case you haven't seen this yet, we do have step-by-step instructions for configuring Enterprise Vault OWA integration in the Exchange archiving guide (available here). OWA instructions begin in Chapter 9.
I would also recommend viewing this technote on EV with Outlook Anywhere and ISA 2006, if you're interested in going down that path.

You would need the following
You would need the following steps :
1) Install EV extensions on CAS servers
2) Run OWAuser.wsf script on the EV server
3) Edit web.config file on CAS server as needed as per technote : http://support.veritas.com/docs/304386
4) Make ISA Publishing and link translation rule
Please note that when OWA users click on Archive Explorer or Search Arcives button in OWA, it will try to directly connect to EV server.
