External tape drive appears as being in use.

Hi i'm running BUE11d (7170) and have a tandberg ts400 LTO drive. I've just spotted that the weekends backup jobs did not run.
The Tape drive is showing as being in use, even though nothing is actually running. The BUE services have been stopped and restarted, and i'm on the verge of rebooting the server to try and cure this.

Is there anything else that can be done to resolve this?

Hi there, Check to make sure

Hi there,

Check to make sure Removeable Storage service isn't started up, and you can also go into Devices in BE, and pause the server for a minute or 2, then unpause it.
