    We are showing the next event in a server that has the version of SEP 12.1.1000.157 RU1, 
     
    Extraction errors Encountered by the Decomposer Engines

    It simply means that the decomposer engine did not have a signature to extract and scan inside the file. Essentially, the contents of the file were not scanned and ignored.

    There may be other reasons as well, this article lays them out:

    "Could not scan [#] files inside [path][filename] due to extraction errors encountered by the Decomposer Engines" during a scan

    it if password protected it wont be able to extract and scan it
