  • 1.  Fail load JDB File in EndPoint Manager Server

    The personal of IT install in my Network one ENPOINT Server Manager to protect the equipement of the Virus.

    I updtae the ENDPOINT download the JDB Files, because the network not have access to INTERNET.

    I realese this work for more of one year and not haver problem. By now i have problem.

    I copy the JDB File to INCOMING folder, by the ENDPOINT no read and deleted the file.

    Howto solved this problem.

    Restart Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and Symantec Embedded Database service.

    Do what Vikram suggests. You should also re-download the .JDB file in case it was corrupted during transfer.

    How many files do you see in the C:\Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content\incoming folder?

    If you have multiple files, try deleting the files and then downlaod new jdb file again and use it.
