    Hi All,

    Does everybody know about SSIM?

    our problem right now is Fail when install symevtagent_windows_r4.7.0.027 & sqljdbc_1.2.2828.100_enu at our SEPM Server

    Kindly need your help for giving me the best practice for solving this case.

    There might be a older version of software installed.

    remove SSIM agent if found under add/remove programs
    and
    Delete the folder D;\Program Files\Symantec\Event Agent

    then try installing again

    Hi,

    I can't remove the SSIM Agent at the server event we didn't install it yet at our machine. and the folder Event agent at D: Drive is not exist.

    there would be a install log in %temp% folder SSIM_INST.log to similar..post that log.

    There's no SSIM_inst.log we only found SEP_inst.log. is there any way should i run?
