Failed to configure Altiris\CMDB\Config\CMDB.config

Hi,
I am trying to install Service Desk through the latest version of the SIM. I have a W2k3 SP2 server with SQL Server 2005 on box.
I have installed several other products through the SIM, but Service Desk fails with the following error in the log file:

I got the same error when
I got the same error when attempting to install Servicedesk 7. It always fails when it's trying configure CMDB 7.
In the end, I tried installing CMDB 7 Beta version then after that reinstall the Servciedesk 7. It worked.
