PLease make sure that the

PLease make sure that the ODBC
connection is successful, using the steps below:

In the Windows Control Panel, open
Data Sources (ODBC).

On the System DSN tab click
Symantec Endpoint Security DSN.

Click Configure.

On the Login tab, enter the User
ID DBA and the Symantec Endpoint Protection database password configured during
installation (this is the same as the Endpoint Protection Manager login
password by default).

On the Database tab enter the name
of the computer that runs Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager into the
"Server name:" field.

Under Database Name, enter the
following: sem5

On the ODBC tab, click Test.

If the test is successful Click OK
to save the changes.

check this steps...

Hello,

Open the IIS manager by clicking on Start--Run and then type inetmgr  click OK ,this will open the IIS manager console.

Expand the Server Name on the Left side, then expand Sites, click on Symantec Web Server ,

Right Click on Symantec Web Server you will have option Edit Bindings ,click on it and edit the Bindings and make sure IP Address is All Unassigned and Port is 8014(It can Vary depening upon what port SEPM is using in IIS), Click on OK then close the Bindings window.

Again Click on Symantec Web Server

In the middle top left section of IIS manager modify the Group view by Area.

Under IIS area you will see Authentication, right click and click on open Feature you will see ASP.NET Impersonation which will be enabled.
Right click on that and click on Disable.

Restart the IISAdmin service and then start the Symantec Endpoint protection Manager service.
