HI,

What sepm version are you using ?

Check sepm database service are running or not ?

post the scm-server-0.log from the SEPM after you get the error message. This log will be found at C:\Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs

Check this thread

Hello,

What version of SEPM are you running??

Could you please upload the scm-server-0.log and catalina.out log from the C:\Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs

Did you try Running the Repair of SEPM?

What happens if you restart the server machine?
