Failed to connect to the server SEPM

Hi, every one
I have a ploblem with my SEPM
Today I try to open my SEPM and it show an error messgae "Unable to communicate with the reporting component"
I try to do with this solution http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH104777 and testing ODBC connection it work and show "connection success"
then I try to login to my SEPM again it show an error
"Failed to connect to server. Make sure that the server is running and your session has not timed out" I try to fix this ploblem with this step http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH104931&locale=en_US
after that I try to login SEPM again so the ploblem doesn't fix
any suggestion ? Help me please.

HI,
What sepm version are you using ?
Check sepm database service are running or not ?
post the scm-server-0.log from the SEPM after you get the error message. This log will be found at C:\Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs

Did you restart the SEPM service? Try rebooting the server

What version of SEPM are you running??
Could you please upload the scm-server-0.log and catalina.out log from the C:\Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs
Did you try Running the Repair of SEPM?
What happens if you restart the server machine?
