Failed to download file in LUA

hi i instal lua 2.2.2.9 in server 2003 r2 sp2.now i config it (a letate i istall and config and work good but when change windows and again install it, not work)  and click download , but error

please help me

Hi,

LUA 2.3.2 is not available on Symantec Fileconnect.

The Latest Version of LUA 2.3.2 is available with Symantec Technical Support.

You can log a case on web portal to receive tool.

1. Visit the page at  www.mysymantec.com and Log into MySymantec. Click on the link to manage technical support cases.

2. Click Submit New Case from the right side bar.

ther are not Submit New Case

plese help

if you are nt able to create case.you can call support no.
Also try to open IE and after r u able to create ticket

i instal lua 2.3.2.99

but when config and run download  this error again

First: in the LUA GUI, click on Configure, then Preferences.  Scroll down to Server Connections.  Increase the timeout, retry and retry interval to improve the chance of successful connections.

TIMEOUT: 120 seconds
RETRY: 5
RETRY INTERVAL: 10 seconds

The second place to change settings is in the file ...\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\tomcat\webapps\lua\WEB-INF\classes\lua_static.properties - lua_static.properties can be opened in notepad, textpad or your favorite text editor. I recommend updating the following values to increase the number of retries and period between retries:

  
download.retry.corruptFile=3
download.resume.corruptFile.retry=10
download.retry.corruptFile.sleep.msec=20000
download.http.header.acceptRanges=bytes

Do be sure to restart the LUA Tomcat service in order to reflect these changes.  Those changes will not go into effect until Tomcat restarts!

i select in configuration Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU2

i config in download and distribute  , select all  whitot mac& win64

because my lan not have system mac and system 64bit

my config have in picture

 when i select  Client - Virus Definitions (Win32)and   Manager - Network Threat Protection (IPS) and Manager - Virus Definitions (Win32) , then not download cmplet . if i remove 3 item , download finish. when i select everu of 3 item and start downlod , the downlod not finish

PLEASE HELP
