Failed to export client installation package for group. After SEPM Migration

    Hi all,


    After I changed the SEPM from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012, the SEPM was Failing to export client packets installation.

     

    I tried to use the update.bat and SEPM wizard.I also repited the DB restore twice, but anything solved the problem.

     

    The problem had been caused by the Group's ID that it was not been created on the following way:  data\outbox\agents.

     

    After some time, the ID's were created automatically and after this was possible to generate the installation packets.

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community, Please let us know if we can be of any assistance. We are here to help.

    You can try to repair the SEPM if not helped I would suggest to ugprade the SEPM to the latest verison

    What exact SEPM version are you using ?

    Can you share error screen shot ?

    SEPM version 12.1.4023 to 12.1.4104.
