Did you reboot after installing NTP? The client must reboot to insert the Teefer driver into the TCP stack.

You already had SEP client

You already had SEP client installed and then you ADDED the NTP component,  is that correct?

Please post the sep_inst.log you can get it from start->run-> %temp% folder.

Check the registry key

Check the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DevicePath" the value should include %systemroot%\inf, if the entry is missing or blank, the data value needs to be added. A reboot is required for the change to take effect.
