    Hi all,

    I am having trouble to add some laptop models to our domain. Everything goes fine untill: Details for: Post-configuration status: Failed to join domain xxx: Logon error: Unknown username or bad password. On all other desktops/laptops this works perfectly, so it appears it does not have anything todo with the console account. The laptop models on which I am having trouble are the HP NC6120 and the HP NC6320. Both of them are also unable to retrieve the adapter address(MAC). This is because of the wireless adapter which is in both of them. GSS is trying to get both adapter addresses, but gets neither. Could anyone help me with this?

    Version GSS is 1.1.

    we ran into major issues on those machines with the wireless adapters as well, but we were able to resolve all of our problems with the firmware update from hp. We discovered this by openeing up the back and physically detaching the connection for the wireless from the card, and then removing it from windows. then our problems were gone. so we tried the firmware and it resolved the issue.
