  • 1.  Failed to reinstall Endpoint Protection Manager 11.0.6

    Recently I have reinstalled the SEPM 11.0.6 but failed. It seems that it failed to create a database, no service is installed at all.

    Can anyone help?

    did you try again?

    do you have the backup of DB and certificates, you can build fresh. If not pass on failed install log.

    Try Changing the Installation Path(Directory)

    B.T.W The SEPM should be installed on PDC server.

    try installiung copying the .exe on local system instead on network.

    currently you are using the exe from

    \\10.101.97.155\g\SEPM\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.msi

    yesIt works like a charm! I have map a dvd rom in client PC via network, it still works.

    But I have to rescan all client PC, I have an old backup folder, which file can I use back?mail
