Hi all,

When we configure the replication between the databases, an error appears after one hour. El principal server create the file to start the transfer to the another server. This operation starts but it fails. Both servers have good characteristics (memory hard disk, etc.) to do this. There aren't restrictions in the communication for this process, because the process is started. The database in the principal server is working fine.

The error said failled to connect.

Any comments are welcome.

For replication troubleshooting, the following logs need to be looked at:

1. scm-server.x-logs .
2.  catalina.out file
3. “Install Error”      
4. Replication0.log

This happens during setup of replication partners or after replication has already been setup?

is there any firewall inbetween which breaks connection after 1 hour?

Could you please share SEPM version details because many fixes are available if using any older built.
