Hello Friday,
Are you doing a try and buy? Or is this like a presales trialware?
I'm a little confused as to why you wouldn't get support on either of these.
Do this for me, call back in to support and request presales support for general questions. That should get you to someone in support. If they still don't allow you to get through, PM me here on the forums and let me know what happened.
Thanks!
Tom

Symantec's policy for
Symantec's policy for trialware and POC's is that a pre-sales engineer is the only one that can contact support and it's on your behalf.
That said, if you need help you need to talk to your local Symantec Sales rep, who will in turn engage their SE, who will in turn call into support to open a case on your behalf.
This is a way to control support requests to folks that are serious, and not just "kicking the tires."
There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."
A couple of pointers
Hi,
I thought i'd chime in with a couple of pointers.
So, by the sounds of it you are expecting the ISO to install software on a machine - what hardware do you have?
You have two form factor options for deployment:
1. Physical hardware appliance line supplied by Symantec (8340, 8360 or 8380).
2. Virtualisation with ESX or ESXi.
The ISO that you have downloaded can be used to perform an OSRestore (clean installation) of the RHL kernal OS and the SBG software payload.
Rather than trying to create a new virtual machine and OSRestore using the ISO, go back to the trial site, log in and download the .zip package which contains a pre-built Virtual Machine image.
Also, make sure you read through the 4 PDFs that are available in the same location, they will help you understand the product and enable you to plan your deployment.
HTH.
