Hi
I am getting follwing error in our file server
Failed to write a placeholder file
F:\Support\Engg\current\abc\xzy\2003.pdf
can any one help me on this please

e.g.
- EV Version
- Eventlog entries on Fileserver and EV Server
- OS Version Fileserver
- 32/64 bit of EV and Fileserver
- Is it a new installation? Did it work before?

Also one more thing - can you check the report that gets created via FSA (in the Reports directory) - it may also give you an error code, which will give us more to go on with.
