    Hie,

    l am failing to renew my Symantec messaging gateway .The error is

    'Cannot register the specified license file.
    Unable to complete registration with Symantec. You may have specified an invalid license file. Please specify a valid license file. No more information '

    My renewal date is 17-09-2016 and has passed . What could be the problem ?

    Hi,

    Have you checked your dns which smg queries and firewall?
