where are you installing SEPM to?

The path seems to be the old Reporting server path, but normally the patch is passed to the VBScript by the installer, which is strange...

i installed on a windows server 2003 to the system drive c.

i just saw, that there was an REporting Server installed. I de-installed it.

Now the error Message in Windows Event Viewer looks a little bit changed but alltrough the same.

IISConfig.vbs error( 5 ) - In function ConfigPhpIni() - The phpIniFile param points to a folder that does not exist: C:\Programme\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php\Php.ini

when you run the installer does it give an error, then rollback, or just rollback?

can you also take a look in %TEMP%\SEPM_INST.LOG and search for any instance of Php.ini too

it just rollback without errors. 

We already try to use the SCClean Utility from fileshare.symantec.com to delete possible older installations and also try the newer version 11.2020 MP2 MR2 with same issue.

I also get this error and already try to install SEPM on our server for 1 year. We also installed Microsoft Script 5.7.

Attached is the install.log. Nobody could help us so far and we consider changing to another product.
